My past experience had led me to believe Realtors fell into three groups.  There were the ones who were good at getting to the point of writing a contract, the ones who were good at handling the details of the contract and closing, and there were the ones who weren't especially good at either.  Connie proved to be one of those unique individuals capable of doing it all.  She really worked at getting potential buyers in the door, knew how to structure the contract to avoid potential problems, and left nothing to chance in preparation for the closing.  This work included making sure she understood our objectives in selling our home, truly understanding both the Nashville market and our neighborhood market, using special techniques to draw attention to the house, constantly seeking feedback from those viewing the house, providing regular and detailed updates to us on the feedback, working with potential buyers to make sure all concerns were addressed, working with the buyer's lenders to make sure no problems arose, working with the settlement attorney to make sure nothing was overlooked or left to the last minute and much more that I wasn't even aware of at the time.  Beyond this, Connie proved to be a "people" person with an intuitive understanding of how to work with others.  Whether I was buying or selling residential real estate in Nashville, I would give Connie all of my work.
