Inventory continues to shrink due to banks hanging onto their foreclosed properties. They are renting many of these properties hoping that the prices will go up and reduce their losses.
He suggested that agents will need 8 different sources of buyer and seller leads to keep their businesses running.
Sue Adler was next. She focused on Gen Y buyers and creating the total client experience. She and her team want to give the Buyers a Great Story to Tell!
Laura Duggan talked about "Why work with Expired Listings?". She explained how to target which Expired to go after. She considers the Location, Condition, Marketing and Pricing. Certain areas are selling better than others.
Condition is a huge consideration. If a Seller is open for change, condition can be a game changer.
Laura chooses to mail to the Expired instead of calling them. Her campaign focuses on the Seller and their home instead of talking about herself.
Her Wow grabs the Sellers' attention, makes an impression, gives them a preview of her creative work and entices them to learn more. It's a great strategy.
