My Favorite Newbie First Posts!
I really enjoy finding the posts of our Newer AR Members and reading them. Here are some that really caught my eye this week. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
James Rhoads' first post is about a transaction with another Realtor who lied to him. We've all had this happen.
Go read his Caught Red Handed! You'll know the story well.
Jim Cleveland shares his passion for golf with a very thorough list of public and private Golf Courses with perfect links to each of them.
Check out his Cary and Raleigh, NC Golf Courses post.
Gina Wilson's first post is a tutorial on What exactly is a Bond for Deed? where she includes a Video of Wayne Turner explaining exactly how Bond for Deed works.
I didn't even know we did them anymore. Very impressive!
David Hitt explains in great detail how the Home Prices Stabilizing affects the Value of the homes.
He shares how it helps both Buyers and Sellers of homes on the market. I think we're going to learn a lot from him in the future.
Krista Gill nailed it with her Top 5 Reasons Realtors are Busy post! We know most of us have gotten pretty busy this year. My favorite was that people are Shack wacky by this time in the winter!
If we can keep her writing, she'll keep us reading her posts!
David Myers shares about the return of the Farmer's Market in Anthem in his first post.
He has obviously been taught the importance of good localism posts!
I think you can see our Newbies are often hitting the ground running. Now we just need to support their efforts! Please stop by and comment to let them know we care!
