My Favorite Newbie First Posts! December 19, 2013
As we get close to Christmas, there are a few less First posts to chose from. These are very well written, nonetheless!
I recently took a Tax class with a local CPA. He discussed the tax advantages of buying vs renting. David Garofalo takes the same question in Renting vs. Buying to a new level. He breaks it down into Desire, Cost and Risk. A very informative read.
Courtney Nelson introduces readers to Denver in Explore and Connect in Denver. She has links to blogs, websites and events. She tells you where to find the information you need to really explore a city that she obviously loves.
Jason Horn touched on a subject that I recently posted about.
Fireplace Safety. In Keep the Home Fires Burning he uses his knowledge as a Home Inspector to teach buyers of the ways to maintain your fireplace and keep them safe.
Why you Need a Realtor seems obvious to most of us. Buyers on the other hand don't always get it. Bobbie Persky has created a long list of reasons a Realtor is necessary in a transaction. She lets buyers know what they're getting and what it costs them.
Merry Christmas Everyone!
We will probably not have this series over the holidays! See you back here early January!
