My Favorite Newbie First Posts! November 7, 2013
The series is Finally back! Each week we'll highlight New Members' first posts. We'll ask you, our seasoned AR members to share the comment love and welcome them to ActiveRain!
This week we found some great posts. It was hard to choose!
Jennifer LaCharite wrote a very profound post about the Power of Your Thoughts. We've all heard of "stinkin thinkin" and she makes it so clear that you must control your thoughts to control the outcomes of your life.
I couldn't let you not read Keith Whited's post on Technology in the Wilderness. Keith jumped right into the rain by participating in the DocuSign contest. I was pretty impressed with the fact that he signed up to run a 50 mile trail race. That he didn't finish, doesn't matter. He did way more miles than I've ever done in one day!
Sundance Brennan explains in great detail why one would Lock a Rate or Not to Lock. He gives great examples, history and his own personal opinion. Personally, I've always advised my Buyers to discuss it with their lenders. But it's still great information for us Realtors to have.
June Davenport is going to be a lot of fun. If she gets in the groove and continues to write off the cuff like she did in Just Getting Started, we're all in for a treat! She is the listing agent of her NWA Impact team in northwest Arkansas.
Another Stager has joined our ActiveRain family. Marina Kortekaas jumped right in with why a home should be staged in Triggering Reactions, a Stager's Recipe. I love it when newbies put pictures in their first posts. It really shows that they're looking to blog well and create attractive posts.
Regan Jackson has figured out that educating Buyers is one of the many focuses of our blogs. She starts immediately with Getting a Pre-Approval Letter. That's where we all start, isn't it?
Please hop over and see these newbies and give them a big AR WELCOME!
Thankful Thought for the day...
I love how clear the sky is and how bright the colors right before a big storm! I'm so thankful I live in a place that has all the 4 seasons!
