How Social Media Changed my Birthday!
I've always been lucky and received lots of Birthday cards in the mail on my Birthday. But this year takes the cake!
When I got into the office, there were over a hundred Facebook and Plaxo messages from friends and family! People who would normally never know it's my birthday, much less send me a card.
My Uncle John even send me a card through Plaxo!
Fred Carver didn't just send me champagne and candy over Facebook, he found my first AR post and brought it back to life with his post about my birthday.
I first met Fred in the fall of 2008 when we both took an online course through Pat Kitano. We've been friends and fellow readers ever since!
Does it really matter? Probably not.
But did I love it? You betcha!!
