Business Planning with Lauren Selinsky and Mike Maher!
The webinar today was great. Not totally what I expected, but better. 
Lauren met Mike in a CRS conversation on LinkedIn. That was the first thing that I learned. I'm not engaged on LinkedIn. I didn't really realize that LinkedIn was social like that. Message to self: add to goal list for 2012!
Much of the Webinar was Lauren's Business Plan that she shared with the class. She showed what her goals were for 2011 and her Results.
The first two things that really caught my attention in the general discussion were:
1. After you know what you want to achieve, start associating with people who have already achieved the same goal. Change your "friends" in other words. Do hang out with people only doing as well as you currently do, but those with greater achievements!
2. Act as if you had already achieved your goal. That's right. If your goal is to make $300,000 in 2012, figure out how a person acts that makes that kind of money. How does a Top Producer act? That's how you begin to act.
Kind of like... If you can See It, you can Believe It, you can Be It!
Next, track everything. How else will you know how you're doing. You can compare year to year where you're strong and where you need improvement.
Finally, Be Proactive. Go out and do something every day to make it happen.
