Home Sales for Bradford Hills are off to a good start! There was one closing and another home went pending in January. That leaves 11 active or just a 3 to 4 month supply. This is right were we should be in a normal market.
Bradford Hill, in a normal year will average between 3 and 4 closings a month. Some months always are busier in others, with the 3 slowest months usually being December, August and January.
Rates are wonderful. Congress just passed the $7500 tax credit for First Time Home Buyers. Unlike the same tax credit in 2008, this does not have to be repaid unless they sell the property before 3 years.
