Sales of Homes in Founders Pointe were down 10% in 2008 over 2007 sales. The average sales price was up about 2%, but the Days on the Market were up over 60 days. The numbers are as follows:

Founders Pointe has mostly bucked the trend in Middle Tn. Most prices have gone down between 5% and 15%. Also when researching the days on the market, many homes were listed multible times before selling. You find this in the Expired and Withdrawn sections of the report. Oddly enough, there were NO expired listings for the entire year and only 3 of the sold had been withdrawn and relisted.
