REBarCamp in Nashville an Incredible Success!

Yesterday was a day full of fun and learning at Nashville's Second REBarCam
p.
Kicking off with Beer for Bloggers at Yazoo on Tuesday evening, networking was an ongoing event.

REBarCamp was held at the Icon in the Gulch in Downtown Nashville. General Assembly and some classes were held in the incredible lounge on the 9th floor. Other classes were held in different vacant condominium units.
Wednesday started with classes on different levels of Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Cheap Marketing.

Other popular classes throughout the day included Marketing on Craigslist, DropBox, Google Aps, Yelp, Farming and using Facebook with FourSquare and other social media by Maura Neill.

As the weather warmed up, classes moved outside so everyone could enjoy the beautiful Nashville weather. For some participants like Pegan Sherick and Denise Williams, both local Realtors, this was their first BarCamp.

Many ActiveRainers were there including Michael Thornton, Cindy from Indy, Cindy Edwards, Patty Keller and Elizabeth Cooper-Golden. Some of us gathered at the Turnip Truck for an organic outdoor lunch.

The closing speaker was Travis Robertson. Many of us had heard him talk about the Millennial Revolution. If you didn't hear him, you missed some incredible insights to the direction of marketing to the new generation of young buyers.

Much credit must be given to Brian Copeland who worked tirelessly to secure a great location and to put together this wonderful event. Several Out-of-Towners said it was the best BarCamp that they had ever attended.
Thank you Brian!
