February of 2012 showed the strongest home sales since 2008! For 8 consecutive months, year-over-year sales have continued to go up.
February's spike is most likely due to the unusually warm weather we've been enjoying.

Inventory is down 10% with a 9 month supply of homes. Pending sales are up 31% and actual closed sales are up 26%.
Local housing experts predict that much of the excessive inventory will be absorbed in 2012 with rates hoovering at the 4% mark.
