Sales continue to be brisk in the Founders Pointe neighborhood. Prices are up and days on the market are down. An Excellent combination!

A 5% increase in price from one year to the next is about average right now in our market. But there's more to these numbers. The actual average size house was down from 2759 square feet to 2570 square feet. What this means is the price/square foot increased from $111 to $125. That's an almost 13% increase in just one year!
Founders Pointe currently has 3 Pending Sales and just 4 Active homes on the Market. 4 homes for sale would equal a 2.6 month supply of inventory.
Sales may have stayed the same as in 2012, but the variation in list price to sales price went down from 3% in 2012 to just 1% in 2013. Founders Pointe continues to be where people want to live in Franklin. With it's community amenities and proximity to schools and shopping it has everything going for it.
