Bradford Hills Nashville TN February 2009 Market Report
Sales are picking up in Bradford Hills! The year to date total sales are exactly what they were in 2008. A total of 5 closings for January and February combined. The remarkable thing about these numbers are that the Tennessean and other Real Estate Blogs are saying that February sales are down from a year ago.
Not so in Bradford Hills. Of the 5 closings for 2009, 4 of them were in February! There are currently 16 homes for sale. Of those, 3 have contracts on them. This is not only better than last year but it shows that some areas will always sell better than others.
With the $8000 tax credit incentive for First Time Homebuyers, Bradford Hills and Holt Woods are ideal places to be buying homes right now. It's important to remember that homes that are in good condition and priced correctly will always sell first.
