Holt Woods Neighborhood February 2009 Market Report
Holt Woods sales are on tract to be similar to 2008. Unlike headline news in The Tennessean and other local Real Estate Blogs, this neighborhood is holding ground as far as sales go. Prices are down almost 10% but the number of sales is equal to 2008 at this point.

There are currently 5 active listings on the market. This is a normal amount of inventory for this time of year.
With the $8000 tax credit incentive, sales in this neighborhood and neighboring Bradford Hills should be strong in 2009. As always, properties in top condition and priced correctly will sell first.
