Sales in Raintree Forest decreased by almost 50% in 2009 over 2008 sales. Though it is a very popular neighborhood, most of the homes were built in the late 80's and early 90's. If they haven't been updated, they fall into that area where Buyers just don't want to do anything, if they don't have to.
