Founders Pointe First Quarter 2013 Market Report
The Real Estate market in Middle Tennessee got off to a slow start in many neighborhoods. Founders Pointe was no exception. 
There were no sales in the first quarter of 2013 compared to 2 in 2012. Since then, 3 homes have gone Pending and there are 4 Active Listings in the MLS. Of the 4 Active properties, 2 have contingencies on them. That leaves only 2 homes for sale.
With the activity picking up and the inventory so low, it is quickly becoming a Sellers Market in some of the more 
popular neighborhoods.
Founders Pointe is located just off Hwy 96 West just 2 miles from Downtown Historic Franklin.
There are Walking Trails throughout the neighborhood and playgrounds scattered around. The Pool is located at the center back of the neighborhood and is easily accessible on foot from any part of Founders Pointe.
Homeowners in Founders Pointe who are considering a sale in 2013, need to quickly get their homes ready for market. Most families with children who are looking to buy in Franklin want to be settled in their homes long before school starts in August!
