The floorplans are similar in that they are very open, all on one level, wide doorways and the beloved private courtyard! The Clubhouse had a great workout room, a large meeting/party room with a large kitchen. The back outdoor part of the clubhouse also has an entertaining area that is both covered and uncovered looking out over a stream and lovely treed area!
