Colonial Village Condos are located on the west side of Lebanon TN, not far off South Hartman Drive. A Goodall Homes community in the Nashville suburb of Lebanon.The Condominiums consist of all 3 bedroom 2 bath single story units in size from 1228 to 1510 square feet. They are built in a handicap accessible fashion but have the feel of an upscale condominium.
Active Adult communities are for those 55 years of age and above. This particular neighborhood is in a section of Colonial Village that is just active adult. The single family homes in Colonial Village are not age restricted. All of the units are maintenance free with the current association fee $128/month. Each home has a two car garage and an enclosed courtyard. Many of the floor plans include 
sunrooms.
One will find and exercise room with state of the art equipment. There is a community pool that is shared with the single family homes in Colonial Village that is not age restricted.
Lebanon TN is 30 miles east of Nashville TN just off Interstate 40.
