Franklin TN Real Estate - Founders Pointe Fall 2009 Market Report
Sales in Founders Pointe are down dramatically over last year. In 2008 19 homes sold in the first 9 months. In 2009 just 10. The good news in this is that prices have held well and in 2008 there were NO expired or withdrawn properties. That means that everyone who put there house on the market sold it.
