Brentwood TN Kickstarts your 2010 Resolutions with a Free Fitness Class!
On January 25, 2010 the Williamson County Indoor Sports Complex will offer a fee fitness class from 9:30 to
10:30. The ISC has started "A New You for a New Year" program to help you meet your 2010 fitness goals.
This is a sample class to show you some of the fitness opportunities available to you at the Brentwood location of the Williamson County Parks and Recreation. Just off of Concord Road on Heritage Lane, this facility is state of the art with indoor swimming - both open and lap swimming - indoor tennis and a wonderful wellness center with trainers available to help you.
Though the January 25th class is free, Williamson County residents can purchase, at a reduced price in January, a 30 day Visit pass for only $30. This is visits, not a monthly fee. You use it once a week, twice, whatever suits your fitness program. When you've been 30 times, it's done.
Annual passes are just $225 for a family and can be used at the facilities in Brentwood, Franklin, Fairview and the latest addition in Spring Hill.
For information on other programs, and there are many for all ages, visit thier website www.wcparksandrec.com. To register for the FREE fitness class, call the ISC at 615-370-3471.

I desparately need to get my butt to the gym! Since it finally warmed into the 50's I guess "it's too cold" is no longer a valid excuse.
what a great way for the whole family to get into fun activities Connie. Nice to have that around for your clients!
Cool!!! I could use a workout...
Hi Connie..Can you put my name down, If I win I promise I get a New Body for 2010 :O))
Hi Connie! I can't believe the cost of this--how CHEAP for ONE YEAR?! I wish our gyms were that cheap--maybe I'd find the time to go if I didn't have to pay through the nose!! LOL
Have a fabulous Friday...
Ann - If I didn't work out with Traci, my trainer, I'd never go to the gym! I am, however, training for the 1/2 marathon again. That at least makes me run 3xs week.
Pamela - These facilites really do have it all for the family. There are swimming and tennis lessons for every age group.
Michael - I'll meet you there!!!
Fred - You Win!!! Now for the new Body... LOL
Debe - These facilities are owned and run by the County. Just happens to be one of the more affluent counties in TN. The trails can't be beat! I did a short series on places to walk/run in Nashville
Nice spotlight Connie - and a bargain for membership at that price !!
Sheldon - It really is a bargain. You know how many people pay MUCH more than that and never go. At least here you wouldn't have thrown so much money away!
