The Nashville TN Real Estate market for the last several months, has boasted increased sales over 2009. March made 6 months straight of increases over the prior year. For whatever reason, these numbers did not play out in Bradford Hills.

Prices held steady while sales decreased by over 60%.

There are currently 21 Active listings on the market with an average List Price of $204,622. Of these, 9 have contingency contracts. (Three of which are short sales). These contingency contracts should increase the number of closings in the second quarter of 2010.

The Nashville TN Real Estate market showed a 12% increase in sales with a 3% decrease in the average sales price. There were a total of 1193 closings in the first quarter, and there are already 325 pending sales waiting to fund.

With over 5000 properties on the market, it is still a  Buyers market and a good time to buy.
