Great presentation for anyone considering an active adult community Connie! The Vineyard looks very appealing!
Pamela - It's very upscale with everything you could want in your house but downsized.
Your lucky Connie to have such a great place like this in Nashville. It's one of the things that a lot of folks look for here in the Triangle. The link you have to all the communities in your area is a goldmine for anyone moving to Nashville and looking for active adult living! Again, well done!
Oh my goodness, Connie - this is such a wonderful post for The Vineyard at Twleve Stones Crossing! It sounds and looks like an incredible community!
Pamela - Thank you! This is an area that I'm finding that there is such a lack of information about. I'm hoping to eventually have ALL the possibilities for people who are considering Retiring in Nashville TN!
Leesa - Thanks for the feature! It really is a great community!
Great post Connie. I am not 55 but I am ready to move in! That is a lot of state parks.
Scott - I see you're from Cincinnati, I love it there. I think you'd like it here too!
Excellent promotion of this community and retiring to Tennessee, Connie. I'm surprised that these homes seem to be 2 or 3 levels... In our area, over-55 housing tends to be one-level.
Connie love the presentation. and I also learned something new that TN is within 70 percent of the country in a days drive. Love the point you made that this means most of these seniors will not be too far away from friends and family members.

Margaret - You're right. Usually they are strictly one level but these at least have all the important rooms on the main level and the upstairs is mostly for guests.
Jennifer - Tennessee really is a great place. I just got a call yesterday from a friend's mother who had decided to retire here from New Hampshire!
I think I'll have to visit the Vineyard, that is one I haven't visited and Phillips is a great builder.
