The Villages of Morningside was one of the first 55 and Older retirement communities in the Nashville TN area. Built by Haury and Smith starting in 1997 they are finishing the final phase of the subdivision 13 years later.
Morningside condominiums have 2 car carports that allow homeowners to enter through the back, across the patio, directly into their kitchens. Each unit has a private patio and outside storage. 
Inside the units were finished according to the buyers' specifications. Most have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main living level. Upstairs space was optional at the time of purchase, though over 90% have some finished space upstairs. This space is often just a flex room but can be another bed and bath.
Considered an Active Adult Community, Morningside also offers an Assisted Living program.
Located in the heart of Cool Springs in Franklin, shopping and restaurants are everywhere.
When looking for an Active Adult Community, Nashville TN is such a logical choice. The city is within 500 miles of two thirds of the country, has an international airport that is easy to navigate and is a small city with big city amenities.

Al and Peggy - With only 2 bedrooms on the main level and one living space, the units can feel small if the "whole family" is over. Imagine having 2 children and each of them having 2 kids. That makes 9 or 10 people!

Judi - They are in the mid- $200,000s. It all depends on how they've been updated.
