Chestnut Springs saw and 83% increase in sales from 2009 to 2010! Price were down a bit but not dramatically. The Days on the Market really came down this past year. All of this shows that our market is starting to stablize.
Chestnut Springs is still one of the most affordable neighborhoods in Brentwood. With prices below $300,000 buyers have to go to Nolensville or South Franklin to get into the North Williamson County School District.
The average price of a home in Brentwood is over $600,000.
With Walking Trails attached at the west end of the neighborhood, it's truly a neighborhood for everyone.
There are currently 6 homes on the market with one having an inspection contingency.That's just under a 6 month supply and very consistant with where the market should be this time of year.

Wanda - It's the most affordable neighborhood in Brentwood and it was built in 2003 and 2004 so it's not even old!
