Free Shredding and Electronic Recycling Saturday May 7th at WalMart Super Center in South Nashvi
lle!
You heard it right! Load up the boxes of old pay stubs, cancelled checks, bills and other important documents and bring them to be shredded by KnightHorst.
Each person can bring up to 3 boxes.
All the shredded paper will then be recycled. Clean out the closet and save the world. All in one clean sweep.

While you're at it, take the old Microwave, Computer, TV, and Video Cassettes. Also at the Super WalMart there will be a Creative Recycling Collection Day. The Super WalMart is located on Nolensville Pike at Old Hickory Blvd.
Sponsored by Metro Public Works and Mayor Karl Dean.
Items will be accepted between 8am and 12pm

thanks for the post - I'll have to see if it is happening near us too!
This is good information for consumers in your area. I wonder if they will have something similar in our area.
Connie - I seem to miss these events each year! Your post should help remind everyone to bring out their boxes and get it done.
Good morning, Connie. One more thing to add to the list...
Rowena - A couple of years ago they did this and I was able to recycle my old Computer. I have an old laptop and a tv I'd love to drop off there but unfortunately we left for Ohio yesterday!
Gita - the cars will be lined up for this!
Barbara - I do too! Wrong time and place!
Michael - I didn't recognize you! LOL
Connie: I've done the e-recycling thing...it's big in California. Haven't heard of free shredding, though....that's brilliant!
Kirsten - I had about 10 years of old tax returns that I wanted shredded when we moved. Very Helpful!
Connie The more people who attend an event like this the better it is for their personal security
Hi Connie - It is amazing how creative identity thieves are. Shredding forever.
Karen - I used to not worry about stuff like that, but now I'm much more careful.
Conrad - They are WAY too clever for me!
