Connie -- I like the format of this report for a specific neighborhood. I do only town market reports but have it on my list to drill down to specifics as I believe it's very helpful info to both sellers and buyers. Do you provide this type of report quarterly? I am sure those living in and interested in purchasing in Chestnut Bend appreciate this information.
Any stat that shows an increase s good news to me! Thanks for sharing!
Barbara - Thank you. I do this type of report on about 10 neighborhoods. Try to get them done quarterly but I got behind this spring due to a lot of traveling.
Lisa - No Joke. Very few are showing increases in our area. Steady is a good thing to me!
