I do only town market reports but have it on my list to drill down to specifics as I believe it's very helpful info to both sellers and buyers. Do you provide this type of report quarterly? I am sure those living in and interested in purchasing in Chestnut Bend appreciate this information.

Barbara - Thank you. I do this type of report on about 10 neighborhoods. Try to get them done quarterly but I got behind this spring due to a lot of traveling.
