Del Webb Tennessee Lake Providence Continues to show Strong Sales

The Real Estate market in Middle Tennessee is still struggling to pick up while sales in this Del Webb community continue to stay strong.
Lake Providence by Del Webb sold 66 homes in the first half of 2011. Of those closed, 62 were New homes and only 4 were resales. Of the 11 Homes for Sale in Lake Providence, only 5 are Resales.

Lake Providence has so many features to offer retirees. The added bonus of no income tax and moderate weather makes this location even more enticing to 55-plus active adults.
