Del Webb Tennessee  Lake Providence Continues to show Strong Sales

 Lake Providence by Del Webb

The Real Estate market in Middle Tennessee is still struggling to pick up while sales in this Del Webb community continue to stay strong.

Lake Providence by Del Webb sold 66 homes in the first half of 2011. Of those closed, 62 were New homes and only 4 were resales. Of the 11 Homes for Sale in Lake Providence, only 5 are Resales.

All areas of the country are feeling the strains of our economy, yet Lake Providence by Del WebbRetirees continue to come to Middle Tennessee.

Retiring in Tennessee has become a popular thought for those in the 55 and older age group. In October of 2010, Forbes Magazine Nashville was ranked one of "America's Most Affordable Cities".

The climate is relatively mild and the pace of life is comfortable. With No Income Tax, world-class Medical Facilities and an Incredible Entertainment Scene Nashville TN is a very desirable city to retire in or near.

Connie-  I would never have thought of Tennessee as a retirement location.  This sounds like an excellent location!

Debbie - It has become more and more popular as people decide against Florida because of the hurricanes and high costs of insurance.

Connie - One of my sons lived in Nashville for a short time--after years in NYC he enjoyed the slower pace and the lower cost of living.

Retirement?  LOL!   What's that?  I was thinking about how hard I'm working now when it seems like I should be slowing down and enjoying pursuits other than work a little more.   Maybe I should move up to one of those nice communties you have in Nashville!

Lake Providence has so many features to offer retirees. The added bonus of no income tax and moderate weather makes this location even more enticing to 55-plus active adults.
