Brentwood TN has seen a 12% increase in home sales this August, compared to August of 2010. There were 59 closings in August 2011 vs 52 closings in 2010.
The Median Sales price increased from $505,250 to $511,000, right at 1% These numbers may not be remarkable, but they're headed in the right direction.
There are currently 433 homes for sale, which is just over a 7 month supply of inventory. A 6 month supply of homes is considered stable and anything less is considered a Buyer's market.
The median asking price of the Active properties is $659,900. These sellers may be a bit over confident in our current market. There are 78 Pending sales with a median asking price of $598,425.
