If you don't like the Weather in Tennessee, wait a few minutes. It'll change!

This morning I ran with my good friend Susan over at the Warner Parks.
We've started training for the Country Music half Marathon.
The weather and our schedules were difficult this week so we decided to get a few miles in this morning before the weekend. It was 47 degrees and misting lightly. It was a great run. We love the hills there at Warner Park. They make you work hard.

By noon today, the temperature had dropped to 33 degrees.
A few minutes ago I looked out my back window and it looked like a blizzard! I tried to get a good picture of it but it was really hard to see the snow blowing.
The dullness of the picture is actually the snow! Like they say in Middle Tennessee: If you don't like the weather, wait a few minutes. It'll change. :)

That's quite fun! You are actually getting snow. We haven't really had any this year. Hopefully that doesn't mean we'll be getting snow in July!
Good afternoon, Connie. Watching the white fluff come down outside my window. Glad I'm home...
This is FUNNY! I'm watching NASCAR testing from Daytona on Speed channel and Darrell Waltrip is talking about his wife, Stevie, calling him saying that it is going to SNOW in TN...85degrees in Daytona, Sorry, Babe!
Lindsay - Where are You? We've had a pretty mild winter so far. I hope this isn't about things to come!
Michael - I went to the office after our run and did a little work. Then I packed up my computer and some things I could work on at home and left the office. I don't care if it snow a foot now!
Wallace - Don't be ugly. :)
I had to get out and run and errand about 1 PM and couldn't believe how much colder and how windy it had gotten! No snow for us. See you Saturday!
Ann - I'm really looking forward to seeing you Saturday!
Hi Connie, The weather is crazy here too, but no snow today, probably tomorrow. That is great that you are training for a half marathon! I'd be happy to walk that amount.
All the best with your training!
Gloria
Good morning Connie,
That is fantastic that you are running. I try to run, but can't seem to get past the 2 mile mark. I would love to do a half marathon. Any tips on training?
Gloria - Thank you!
Cindy - Go look up Hal Higdon. He has all kinds of information on line that you can download. You just start! Do your 2 miles a couple days a week then on Saturday add another one. Each weekend add another mile to your distance. You can do it!
