The Holt Woods Spring Market Report is being reported with the Bradford Hills Market Report. The number of homes sold was down just a bit, as were the sales prices. Prices appear to be stabilizing.

Holt Woods and Bradford Hills combined only have 9 available homes for Sale. This is a 7 month supply and would indicate that we are turning away from the Buyers' Market that we've been experiencing the past few years.
