Location, Location, Location are still the buzz words in Real Estate. BUT, if you really want to get your house sold for top dollar, in a timely fashion, you MUST think Location, Price, Condition.

Comments

Home sales here are up for the fourth consecutive month over 2007, but prices are still plummeting, which is actually good news because now a whopping 27% of San Diegans can afford a home, up from a mere 7% a couple of years ago.

Russell - I can't imagine living or working where only 27% of the population can afford a home! We are much more affordable but certainly not cheap. Some people are surprised at how expensive we are when they get here from different parts of the country. I'm glad you sales are up. Ours are improving, though they haven't been as bad as the east and west coasts. Good luck!
